The mold of this commercial building needed to be removed after it was seen that some of the pipes had been leaking for some time.

Removing the damaged materials was easy enough but first a containment needed to be put in place to keep spores from wafting around the entire building putting the risk of mold spreading into the rest of the building. The most important part of mold remediation is keeping the spores from contaminating other portions of the facility causing even more problems.
